To Vegan or not to Vegan?
Vegan Chocolate exists in many forms, not just dark chocolate!Vegan alternatives for milk and white chocolate also exist, and are both a healthy and delicious treat!
By using vegan alternatives to dairy milk, such as soy and almond milk, milkshake recipes can easily be made vegan. Vegans can enjoy this (much healthier) version of the classic milkshake!
The chicken nugget is often considered a staple of the meat industry, but (like so many
meat-products) equally delectable Vegan alternatives can easily be found! These tasty snacks are much healthier than their meat counterparts.
Non-Vegan chocolate, alongside containing animal products, is notably less healthy than it’s Vegan alternative. It contains a larger amount of sugar, fat, sodium and has a much higher calorie count.
The vegan alternatives for milkshakes are far healthier due to their usage of soy or almond milk, but regular milkshakes use dairy milk as their primary ingredient, which brings with it a great deal of health detriments, including a much higher amount of fat.
Due to the much healthier, plant-based ingredients involved, the vegan alternative to chicken nuggets is much healthier. Regular chicken nuggets, on the other hand, have a much higher amount of fat. And, besides, why bother with regular chicken nuggets, when Vegan chicken nuggets offer even more protein, as well as a great taste!
